1. The old formica countertops in kitchen and baths need replacement, appliances also could be updated, and the furniture - couches/chairs are also fairly worn, The biggest con was the bed, it was old and ours backs were killing us when we left, which has never happened before.

There was a very large stain on the carpet in the main living room and some smaller stains in the master bedroom, the carpet was visibly dirty on the outline areas, it had very visible traffic patterns worn into the carpet, and the duvet cover on the beds kept coming apart and sliding off of the comforter.

8. I`m not by any means a snob, but when I am on vacation and am completely worn out after a day of carting the kids around a theme park, the last thing I want to do is worry about trash, towels and toilet paper.
