1. The once complaint we had was they originally mentioned they had full cribs which turns out the be Pack and Plays.

3. With some of the complaints i've read below It seems that some of you don't know: MOST hotels/timeshares that have a full kitchen DO NOT have maid service included in your stay- you have to pay extra.

7. My only complaint is as a timeshare exchange guest I felt like the messaging to me was that I was a bother to the hotel because I wouldn't purchase a Marriott timeshare while I was there.

9. My only complaint was there was no mini store on site to get that forgotten gallon milk or loaf bread without having to leave the resort.

10. My only real complaint is the furnace for the villa was almost non-existant and we had to turn the oven on to warm up the place.
