1. The location is perfect for shopping, parks, restaurants and the road is quiet so there's no issues getting here or out.

3. It's a really nice place, only ONCE have I ever had an issue here, and that was last July when we were visiting for my son's 8th birthday, there was a HUGE rainstorm (typical for Florida of course) and we were up on the top floor.

4. We had a minor medical issue while at the pool one afternoon and the staff at the front desk and the Loss Prevention dept were very helpful and concerned for my son's safety.

7. The hotel is not too far from Highway 4, and while the noise isn't much of an issue at all, it is very visible from the property.
