2. The room was nice (minus the roaches and the incredibly loud bathroom fan that was stupidly connected to the light so unless you wanted to be in dim light in the bathroom you had to put on the main light with the super noisy fan) the people were nice, the gym (no free weights only machines but lots of treadmills) and pool were okay, the pool bar was good (the guys who worked there were very nice) and there was decent stuff to do and my kids had fun but I would never stay here again.

3. It was not only loud BUT the water leaked under our door and we had to put towels down to prevent it flooding into our room.

5. So, in summary, combine inept management, with an uncleaned, poorly maintained, loud as heck building with a cost exceeding 200+ a night if you pay rack makes me laugh.

6. The only negative thing I can think of is that the fridge was a little loud - not enough to bother us at night though - just enough to make me not want to buy a GE fridge :-).

9. I was hesitant when we got stuck in the room with the balcony facing the security gate because I thought it would be loud, but the room was quiest, clean, spacious and very comfortable for the 4 of us.

10. We were put on the top floor end unit of bldg 15 - the unit/bldg closest to State Route 4 - a very busy and loud highway that could even be heard inside our bedroom when trying to sleep at night and forget about spending any time on the balcony overlooking the lake.
