1. Eventually I went down and they send the doorman up with me and the maintenance man who agreed it was noisy but there was nothing they could do.

10. There were no windows in the room, there was mold all over the bathroom, the plubming was leaky and very noisy, the walls were so thin you could hear ever drunk person entering the hotel after a night presumably on burboun street.
