The negatives are numerous: Tired and gimicky use of space, Elevators out of site of front desk staff and accessible directly from the street with no control on whom can get into the elevator, No proper signage as to where to park when you check in, there is a space on the street but it is closed off by fencing so you are not able to park there, Unattentive and uniformed front desk staff as to where to eat simply and cheaply within walking distance or where to park for reasonable price, Room layout; I had room #713 best described as a cave, lack of proper lighting in room since majority of windows are covered over since in back of hotel, lack of properly working lock on door, horrendous water pressure, just a trickle for shower.
