1. Other issues were the feather pillows that, even doubled up, were too thin.

2. I realize that the issue with United may not have been the fault of the hotel, but trying to resolve this took no less than 5 calls to the hotel and it is still not resolved.

5. I have never in my life seen a hotel that does not have a MANAGER on DUTY for weekend issues.
