5. I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading a number of bad reviews on this site but it was Jazz Fest and decided I would take a gamble since I had gotten a good price by booking way in advance.

6. Too bad, both of the cushions of the sofa had 2 holes on them and most of the rest of the furniture was almost collapsing (lamps, desk, the piece at the end of the bed) and it just added to our bad feelings.

7. My wife said it was like a nursing home and I said bad food smells as there is a restaurant in the lobby.

8. OK, when you walk into a hotel that smells like sewer gas, tell the front desk that you feel bad for them because they have to work in that smell and they respond - 'What smell?', you know you are in for a surprise.
