Charles and Canal-quite clean-one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in-very air conditioned, which is necessary in the heat of New Orleans-friendly staffBAD:-valet was sort of slow (the parking lot seems very far away form the actual hotel), and you don't really have any other option but to use valet because there is very limited parking downtown.

6. For a cheap place to stay within a short walk of the French Quarter, I would deem it okay - but VERY inconvenient if you have a rental car and want to be on the go, due to the slow valet service, and your car being locked in a garage.

8. The only option for parking was valet, which was a bit slow, but the hotel location is right next to the French Quarter, so access to your car is only important if you want to explore other areas of the city, such as the Garden District.
