5. really?? i had friends staying at two other hotels right around the corner and neither of them had a hot water problem.

I never encountered not a single problem even with the Valet parking I was worried about that since parking is not on site it is a few blocks away but we turned our vehicle over to valet parking the night we got there which was a Thursday and did not get it back until Monday at check-out so needless to say we did alot of walking or riding the trolley but it was all worth it in the long run.

Day clerk was extermely nice and helpful and would have saved this negative review but night clerk had a problem with us; She wouldn't let a checkin occur; even though our bags were stowed arleady and we presented credentials; the party w/ the credit card had to be there and he was down the street at harrah's.
