1. I stayed here Superbowl weekend, and quickly discovered that the management and staff's horrendous attitudes and poor decisions were not only lazy, but potentially harmful to the crowds of people gathered for parades in the neighborhood.

2. People have to understand that sometimes its not the hotel fault if the rooms are in poor shape, its sometimes the guest(s) fault for trashing it, and also thinking they are staying in the 'Royal Castle' and not just a nice clean hotel.
