I stayed here Superbowl weekend, and quickly discovered that the management and staff's horrendous attitudes and

decisions were not only lazy, but potentially harmful to the crowds of people gathered for parades in the neighborhood.

People have to understand that sometimes its not the hotel fault if the rooms are in
poor
shape, its sometimes the guest(s) fault for trashing it, and also thinking they are staying in the 'Royal Castle' and not just a nice clean hotel.

guy told my husband if he wanted to follow him 2 blocks away he could get our own car instead of waiting on him because it would be awhile.
