9. Breakfast 'buffet' was just coffee and danishes, but was free, so cant complain.

10. 99 fee on my credit card, some kind of resort fee for internet usage and fitness center usage, I didnt use either one and was never told I was going to be charged this fee and I never signed anything agreeing to this charge either, when I went to complain to the manager he told me I was going to have to pay and that's it.
