2. We ended up staying at a hotel owned by the same group about 4 blocks away (in the wrong direction) that was totally disgusting (we were given a smoking room with 2 full sized beds and they have no continental breakfast).

3. They did not offer this to us at all even though our cancelation was their fault on punching in the wrong expiration date, they just told us that they could not help us any more.

4. I work for the bank the card is held at and there was a record of 3 attempts of a charge from the hotel on the card becuase of the wrong expiration date, who ever punched it in put the wrong number in.

9. If anything had gone wrong with our room it could have turned out very much worse but overall we enjoyed our stay, Breakfast is a complete joke with one waffle machine to serve several hundred customers and that's it nothing else at all.
