7. Room service is very bad, they will bring you towels after the third time that you call them after an hour of waiting.

8. Summarizing my experience so far, I can say that this hotel is one of the worst hotels that I had ever experienced: bad service (unfriendly front desk, cleaning person keeps forgetting to bring flesh towels), broken ice machine, tiny room, and uncomfortable bed.
