2. Unfortunately, the hotel was overbooked, and customers who had already paid were turned away and sent to a hotel on the Westbank of New Orleans that was in no way comparable to the Queen & Crescent.

4. My guess is that if others had a pleasant experience with the front desk staff at the Q&C it's because they did not overbook your room and you didn't spend more than a couple minutes with them.
