1. New Orleans has always been an extremely hospitable city, and this was the worst experience we've ever had there.

2. Summarizing my experience so far, I can say that this hotel is one of the worst hotels that I had ever experienced: bad service (unfriendly front desk, cleaning person keeps forgetting to bring flesh towels), broken ice machine, tiny room, and uncomfortable bed.
