At check-out the desk clerk was

to a guest on the phone and the guest in front of me as I waited to check out -and even made a racial slur about the guest after he walked away.

The staff are haughty,

and argumentative and when I asked for a refund because my handicapped mother could not get in and out of the building easily due to lack of parking they acted like I had committed a criminal act and refused.
