4. The hotel was not offering it up and the lady at the desk complained that it was the other customers fault for checking out late what was she supposed to do about it.

7. I called a few times to complain and finally on the fourth day of the visit, they sent someone one up to take a look even though a note was left the night before stating I wanted someone to take a look the next day.
