4. The location of this hotel is fantastic but the exercise equipment is very dated - I had to fix the treadmill - and the room doesn't open until 0600 which is a problem if you need to be somewhere early and want to exercise before 6 AM.

9. I initially contacted the hotel 28 days before my scheduled check-in date but was told that because of the hotel's 30-day cancellation policy, I would be charged the full $1200 and would not be refunded any of my money.
