5. If the lack of compassion shown to me by the managers is any reflection of the hotel's treatment of it's guests, you should definitely save yourself the headache and stay someplace else.

8. If I had to stay there again due to lack of availability for better hotels I would, but the last time we managed to get a cheaper rate at the JW Marriott so obviously had better value on that trip.

9. The staff are haughty, rude and argumentative and when I asked for a refund because my handicapped mother could not get in and out of the building easily due to lack of parking they acted like I had committed a criminal act and refused.
