1. The pool was quite small, but that wasn't an issue for us.

6. i am out of a lot of $ over this and hope they do the right thing and also hope that this doesn't happen again because of their lack of attention to this issue.

7. Had an issue with the air-conditioning in the room which was handled immediately and when a resolution could not be made I was given another room (without asking).
