3. The only thing I think they could work on was their concierge service, we asked about a few things and they could not help us, also gave us bad info on the trolley when it was not working that day because of the pending storm, I would just think they would have up to date information.

4. The good - decor and vibe were modern and happening, but not over the top like some similar hotels, such as some WsThe bad - was guaranteed a king but only got a queen, request for upgrade was declined (despite status); maid try to come in and clean at 8 in the morning; no service elevator so staff take up a lot of space in small elevatorsThe ugly - extremely cramped and awkward layout of rooms (I tried two due to squeaky bed in first) - this is New Orleans, space is not that much of a premium.

7. The only bad things about the hotel are that the elevators are very small ( three people with luggage is a crowd), and upon check out we asked if we could leave our vehicle in the parking garage until one thirty and the lady at the desk was kind of rude about it but we were able to.

8. The bathroom was very spacious and well cleaned, also the shower never turned cold on either of us and th pressure is not as bad as you'd think, it isn't the strongest pressure but isn't the worst either .
