1. The rooms were clean, quiet in terms of hotel noise, but unfortunately the balcony doors do not keep out the street noise very well.

2. During our second visit, for our Honeymoon, the cottages were unfortunately (for us) undergoing renovations, but Sales Manager Dawn was an absolute gem in setting us up with a beautiful room in the Hermann House.

3. We were offered complimentary drink tickets and breakfast upon arrival, but unfortunately we never took advantage of them so I can't comment on the quality other than saying that I think it was amazing that they were included in the nightly rate.

7. Every member of the staff was wonderful - Shaun at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful, housekeeper was wonderful (unfortunately I do not remember her name) and the parking attendant was so personable.
