1. I would also give a special mention to Aisha Adams , the front desk manger, who is absolutely superb and deals with the problems that everyone keeps throwing at her .

5. The only truly annoying problem was the WiFi didn't work in our room, possibly because our suite was physically the furthest from the main building.
