2. It was very disconcerting to hear a voice coming from inside the room after I tried my room key card several times that didn't work, saying, "I don't know who you are, but you have the wrong room.

3. I had read another review where someone checked in and they had the wrong rate - well luckily I read this on here and printed out the reservations w/ the confirmed rate b/c upon check in I was give a rate that was $60 more per night than the original quote.

4. There were a couple of things that were wrong with the room (small hole in bedspread; toilet continued to churn water after it was full; one 'foreign' hair in the bathroom), but they weren`t enough to make me change rooms or hotels.
