1. The room was dirty and the more I complained to the front desk (who was very nice, by the way) the less that was done in the room.

2. But we made it by walking all around the Quarter with dinner and shopping without too much complaining, and the kids were beat by the time we made it back safe and event free.

8. They gave us bad information a bad rates of the hotel, when i paid they charge more money in my credit card, when i complain the person in charge was rude and mean and the manager did not solve the problem, so I had to pay more money than expected.
