1. The only downside to this hotel, and probably is like this with most of the cheaper downtown hotels, is the potential for loud and drunk guests.

4. The downside is the parking fee of $30 (it's a one time fee no matter how long you stay and freedom to come in and out as you please) and the small rooftop pool.
