1. Add these things together and we are just disappointed in what used to be our favorite place to stay in NOLA.

We went to breakfast at 9AM and they were out of all juices, eggs, sausage, milk, waffles - this might not seem like a lot but it was all they had other than muffins and toast- when you ask for refills the breakfast hostess gets really upset and goes at a snails pace and gives you dirty looks (she likes to sit in the back room and talk with her co-workers) - if this was just a one day thing it would be more understandable but it was every day that we were there so we eventually just gave up on breakfast as we knew we would be disappointed and frustrated from having to wait so long on items.

9. we have stayed at SO many different hotels down there always looking for somewhere close by that is CLEAN AND affordable and have most of the time been really disappointed.

This hotel is beautiful and the front desk staff was very helpful,unfortunately if you have any disputes with monetary issues and are forced to deal with management you will be disappointed, keep your receipts and assure that your check out dates are clear on your receipt,thank you,Prior to my problems with the general manager, I really would have written a positive review for this hotel, but unfortunately that had to change.
