4. My one complaint(and the reason I didn't give an excellent) was that there was an outdoor concert going on across the park from the hotel that was VERY loud.

5. I was there for the beginning of Bike Week (think Harley-Davidson, not Schwinn) and as I was coming back one night there was a very loud outdoor concert taking place just a block away.
