1. We were in the other tower this time and it was pretty disappointing - small room, one small window and the room was overall just quite 'worn' - some peeling wallpaper here and there, scuffs on all the walls and corners.

4. Not much in the way of decent shopping nearby-the riverwalk shops are a disappointment and cater for the cruise ship trade,and the up-market Canal St Mall next to it( which is just opening) is very limited.

7. I am disappointed, we travel alot, being a Military family and we always choose to stay at Hampton Inns for their outstanding service and clean hotels, now we will be wondering if we should choose a continue to use Hampton Inns or not.
