1. The only downside was the carpet needed a good steam cleaning as all of our socks were quickly dirty after walking around.

2. The only downside was that it is not located near to the French Quarter but trolley stop close by (no timetable on stop and we started walking after a wait of about 10 mins and not really sure whether it was still running, but then noticed it coming along the tracks and able to jump on).
