4. Housed in a solid old warehouse building, the Renaissance boasts large windows (which unfortunately do not open) a wonder-ful indoor art garden courtyard and rooftop pool and hot tub.

10. As well, there`s a two doors between each room -- this unfortunately means you can hear everything happening in the neighbouring room, even the TV at a normal volume.
