2. Our only complaint was that the faucet handle for our room's bathroom sink leaked on our last day and some articles of clothing and a bag of ours got wet.

3. My one complaint is you have to pay extra for wi-fi and if you don't know that ahead of time, you can be placed in a room that doesn't offer it.
