1. The service staff was able to give us some extra towels, which was more than enough to fix this very minor problem.

6. the shuttle service was a little eratic, but on the whole was a better option that driving into nashville and having the problems with parking in downtown nashville.

9. I think I found the problem, instead of a pipe coming out for the shower head, the shower head was connected to a faucet (like the one you check the water temp before turning on the shower).
