1. The only complaint I can think of is the shower.

2. One of my few complaints about this hotel is that the customer service at the front desk is hit-or-miss depending on who is there on any given day, and I've had to wait a while to check-in on 2 occassions.

5. Hotwire's disinformation aside, my other complaints include walls so thin I could hear our neighbor's TV on late into the night, negligent, apathetic service at breakfast, and perhaps worst of all, the hotel's WiFi linked to a malicious virus.
