1. The hotel looks impressive but when you start up the long drive it's rough as a dirt road because the asphalt is badly damaged.

4. This is the obvious kind of damage that housekeeping should be seeing every time they clean the room and reporting it to maintenance and/or management to be dealt with immediately.

5. Upon examining the heating/AC unit in the morning in the light, I noticed that there was also significant damage to the wall around the unit and damage to the electrical outlet where it was plugged it.
