7. We were there for an event and I was under the impression that they had a full house so I did not request a room change and I am not sure it would've mattered because everyone seemed to have some kind of issue.

8. If one bad experience with the shuttle was all we had, we would overlook it but several issues and everyone around us was waiting like us and expressing their disgust as well.
