1. Maybe it was getting in after a late flight, or the rude front desk staff, but little things seemed to bother me about the room - the paint job was off, there was no book of hotel services in the room, and the pillows were tiny and balled up.

When room service brought up the food, she said that we could *not* use the coupon on room service, but the hotel footed the bill after I told them that I wasn't paying $18 for 2 tiny boxes of cereal, a biscuit, 2 pieces of toast, and some fruit--and after I was already told that I could use the coupon on room-service.
