1. Throughout last night (apparently) a broken condenser made an awful sound each time the heat clicked on.

2. 4 cars were broken into that evening and we were told by assistant manager that they have 2 security officers on duty all night and normally they are very good, but with signs posted in their parking lot, there is nothing they can do for us.
