3. I find the hotel policy to be ridiculous unless they think they are in such a terrible neighborhood that they can't trust a local business employee to deliver a pizza to a guest at 4:30pm after they have already verified that I ordered the pizza.

4. It wasn't this hotel's fault - they wanted me to stay there, I wanted to stay there, but a complex, terrible situation with my sole bankcard, plus an issue with the booking website I used, prevented it because I couldn't come up with a way to get an authorization for incidentals.

5. Rooms are very small, TV was probably 10 years old, terrible reception (maintenance couldn't do anything about it), rooms are dirty.

7. I prefer to have a good time while at the hotels, along with my child, then to have terrible night stays to hopefully gain another free terrible night.

Its location was not terribly convenient for anywhere we wanted to go (understand it is close to the airport, but no plane noise disturbance), but road links was great and we got everywhere quickly,The staff were friendly, (the guy who gooded the eggs for breakfast was great entertainment) and the room was to a good standard.
