1. I find the hotel policy to be ridiculous unless they think they are in such a terrible neighborhood that they can't trust a local business employee to deliver a pizza to a guest at 4:30pm after they have already verified that I ordered the pizza.

2. That's another con of this hotel--I'm used to 'free continental breakfasts'; this hotel wants you to pay ridiculous prices for a small amount of 'okay' food.
