1. They just ask for your cell phone number if there are problems and ask you to put up a sign so housekeeping won't go in.

8. Great location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms - great coffee - only problem I had was having to have a cold shower the morning I checked out - seems hot water is not available 24hrs, so if you have an early checkout, beware.
