The staff was curt, the elevators the slowest I've ever seen, the room was barely clean, the amenities like shampoo (i -did- get three bottles of conditioner, though) were missing, the duvet under the coverlet was absolutely filthy, the pillows were like shapeless sacks of misery, the valet parking overpriced, and the staff wouldn't let me leave my car in their garage while walking up the street to the Parthenon at Centennial Park.
