3. Again, if you read above (no return email from concierge prior to trip) guess I'm too short, chubby and rural to bother with? No wonder DH refuses to deal with hotel staff and lets me do it, although they should (?) acknowledge a giant SF Army guy more than me, no? Dunno, just a general lack of concern/interest from these folks for my taste.
