1. 5/5 stars but the few minimal issues including the slight hassle with switching rooms were hardly a significant inconvenience given the obvious effort made in making me happy.

7. Well my policy is to report these kinds of issues to the govt and make sure we never utilize their business again.

8. issues we ran into included being charged for WiFi, being charged incidentals to the the tune of $70 a day the first night, for the entire week, no pool, jacuzzi, or sauna.
