1. I don't blame the hotel but when I called the front desk they didn't know whether it was legal for the noise at that hour nor did they think to inquire.

3. There is some construction noise which we were literally right next to but it wasn't too horrible and we managed to still sleep through it (I'm sure all the beer/food the night before helped) but it did start at promptly 7:30 Saturday morning.
