1. negatives - there is a lot of construction in that area of Nashville and the hotel is right next door to it - so noisy from early morning and all through the day; the car parking is $22/day; the breakfast - though lots of choice - uses polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery.

2. The only negative is some of the front staff were not nearly as kind and open as the valets and the breakfast staff, and even the maid staff, with the exception of Thomas, when you approached the front desk it was almost as if we were inconvenincing them in some way.
