1. There is some construction noise which we were literally right next to but it wasn't too horrible and we managed to still sleep through it (I'm sure all the beer/food the night before helped) but it did start at promptly 7:30 Saturday morning.

3. The parking situation is horrible: $17 per day and they have available parking on the top by the entrance to the hotel but this sat emptied all day and we weren't allowed to park there.
