1. The only two problems were tge clock radio alarm didn't work and the bathroom sink clogged.

2. If you do not use the elevator by the front desk, you have to use the stairs, which can be a problem with a lot of luggage.

4. To be honest, I think a 'poor' rating is pretty high for this hotel looking back at all the problems with it, it certainly is not a nice hotel, nor is it a premium hotel.

9. Of course, the Front Office Revenue Manager who wrote our problems down has not contacted us either with any kind of an apology or further compensation.
