1. The restrooms in the lobby are slightly cleaner than the public restrooms at a new york subway station, in fact, the entire building is outdated.

8. Overall it's pretty clean but it's almost hard to see that past the rusty tub with pieces missing, rust on the ceiling, marked up walls, outdated fixtures, everywhere you look there is something that needs to be fixed.
